ICT CONCEPTS FOR IT RECRUITERS

Learning IT technology can seem difficult and it's hard to indicate what to learn: knowing what is and what is not needed for technical recruiting requires the knowledge and experience from a person that understands both IT profiles and their skill set as well as recruiting.

This is how SpeakGeek helps recruiters with effective learning: we make understanding techtalk simple so that you can become the recruiting geek your company requires you to be!

About this course

OUR APPROACH

In our non-technical sessions we will discuss the many technical terminologies that recruiters and sales or account managers face every day. This training provides a broad overview of all aspects in the IT landscape, presented in a clear and logical framework.

Together we will build an overview of this landscape, starting with devices and the different operating systems available (an area in which we all have some experience nowadays). From there on we build an overview of computer networks, datacenters, virtualisation, cloud solutions and how  these are all connected. We also focus on several IT methodologies and profiles and provide some practical examples of questions that candidates can be asked to test their knowledge.

Thanks to the interactive approach it will create a handle for our participants to hold onto in their daily job.
